You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone

This started with one truth:

leadership shouldn’t feel lonely.
For years, I looked successful on the outside. But inside, I was hiding.
Behind the grind. Behind the goals. Behind the mask of “I’ve got this.”
Then everything fell apart.
And I found my way forward — not through more hustle, but through vulnerability

What we belive

The Journey Hub is built for professionals ready to grow with others.
It’s for people who are tired of pretending and ready to lead with honesty.

Inside this space, we believe:

Vulnerability is strength.

Leadership starts with self-awareness.

You rise faster when you rise together.

We don’t do perfection here.
We do truth.
We do action.
We do impact.

The VIP Tier

To create a space where leaders grow, heal, and rise — together.

We help people:

Rewrite limiting stories

Build honest confidence

Take bold action

Create community

Lead without losing themselves

This is for anyone ready to be more, do more, and live on their own terms — while helping others do the same.

Spencer Littlewood spent years performing success.
On the surface, he had it all — job titles, global experience, a growing family.
But inside, something was missing: purpose, honesty, and connection.
After burning out and losing almost everything in 2023, he chose vulnerability.
 He chose truth over performance.
Then he spoke about it — publicly.
In 2024, Spencer co-founded The Journey of an Entrepreneur with Theo and Gunnar.
 Their first event sold out.
 The feedback was overwhelming.
It wasn’t just needed — it was craved.
That success became the catalyst.
Spencer realised this wasn’t just about entrepreneurs.
This was about every professional who ever felt like they had to pretend to be okay.
The Journey Hub was born to meet that need — to create a space for all of us who lead, struggle, grow, and rise.

Why Spencer Created This

What we belive

The Journey Hub was born from real struggle. From a season of loss, fatherhood, burnout, grief, job loss, and identity crisis — all at once.
Out of that breakdown came clarity. Not the kind you find in a book. The kind you feel when you stop pretending.

Spencer stood on a stage in 2023 and told his truth. His story. His pain. His pivot.
And people didn’t walk away — they leaned in. That moment became a movement.
It started with one event. Now it’s a hub, a platform, a global community. And we’re just getting started.
